HomeRez is a centralised booking service for owners of holiday rental properties and apartments. We maximise revenue for owners whilst providing a highly value-added service for travellers.

How much does it cost to join HomeRez?

Nothing! No long-term commitment is required and there are no fees if you decide Homerez is not for you. We cover all costs of promoting and advertising your property with our partners. We simply ask that you pay us 15% commission when a booking is made and the property is rented out.

Does HomeRez manage holiday rental guests while at the property?

All the services necessary after the booking, such as handing over keys, housekeeping, maintenance etc., are not included in our service.
If you do not have arrangements in place to manage this aspect of your property rental, we are able to recommend companies located in your area that provide these services.

How does HomeRez help guests to book my accommodation?

Guests enquiring about booking your accommodation will immediately receive a response by email and phone from our team of travel advisors. We ensure we follow up each enquiry so that no bookings are lost.
Finally, HomeRez ensures the guest receives a quick reply to their enquiry.

How do I know if my property has been booked?

HomeRez provides you with an up-to-date, web-based calendar detailing all your bookings. You can therefore find out what your occupation levels are at all times and reserve your holiday home for your own use.
